Refund Policy

Effective Date: 15th Feb, 2025

1. No Refunds on Registration Fees

Once a player completes the registration and payment process for Pro HPCL, the registration fee is non-refundable under any circumstances,

2. Eligibility Criteria & Player Participation

Only 1 player from outside Himachal is allowed in Pro HPCL Season 4, a gesture to promote local talent.
If a player is found to have provided false information during registration, their participation will be canceled without a refund.

3. Payment Errors & Duplicate Transactions

Refunds will only be considered in cases of:

Duplicate payments due to technical errors (subject to verification by our payment gateway).
Transaction failures where the amount has been deducted but the registration is not confirmed.

In such cases, players must submit a refund request within 7 days of the transaction by emailing contact@prohpcl.com with proof of payment. After verification, eligible refunds (if any) will be processed within 10-15 working days.

4. Changes & Cancellations by Pro HPCL

If Pro HPCL makes any significant changes or cancellations to the event, alternative options such as rescheduling or credit towards a future season may be provided.
In case of league cancellation due to government regulations, pandemics, or unavoidable circumstances, Pro HPCL will determine the next course of action at its sole discretion.
